Nialus™ ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it and what choices you have. Contact us anytime at hello@nialusai.com.
Account info — your email and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile image.
Creator content — everything you enter into Nialus™: Producer Setup data, Creator DNA, Audience Voice, Signature IP, episode plans, notes and uploads. This is stored in your private account and never shared with other users.
Billing info — your plan and invoice history. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
Usage info — which rooms you use, credits consumed, browser type, device type and approximate location from your IP address.
We use your information to run the Service (generate outputs, manage your account, process payments), communicate with you (billing notices, support), improve and secure the platform, and comply with the law when required.
When you use any room in Nialus™, your input and relevant saved context are sent to third-party AI providers for processing. Details about these providers are maintained at nialusai.com/subprocessors. We do not use your content to train AI models. Your content is used solely to generate your outputs.
We use Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), and third-party AI providers to operate the Service. Each processes data under their own published terms. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising purposes.
We use essential cookies for authentication and sessions only. No advertising cookies. No third-party tracking pixels.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use commercially reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep billing records longer. Data may briefly persist in encrypted backups before they roll over.
You can delete your account at any time. If you have questions about your data, want something corrected or deleted, email hello@nialusai.com. You are responsible for saving any content you want to keep while your account is active.
Your data may be processed in the United States, Canada or other countries where our providers operate.
Nialus™ is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn a minor has created an account, we will delete it.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll let you know by email or through the Service before they take effect.
