By creating an account or using Nialus™, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and is part of this agreement.
By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We may terminate any account we believe is held by a minor.
Nialus™ is in active early-stage development. The Service may contain bugs, experience downtime, or change without notice as the platform evolves. Features may be added, modified or removed at any time. You are responsible for saving, copying and backing up any content you create in Nialus™. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption or service interruption that may occur during normal use, maintenance, updates or unforeseen technical issues. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Let us know at hello@nialusai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Nialus™ is an AI-powered production intelligence tool for podcasters. It provides episode planning, idea generation, content strategy and related features. AI outputs are creative suggestions and starting points — not professional advice of any kind. You are solely responsible for your editorial, creative and business decisions.
The Service uses Nialus Credits. Each plan includes a set number of credits per billing period. Credits reset each cycle and do not roll over. Trial credits are one-time and do not refresh. Payments are processed by Stripe. We may change pricing for future billing periods with 30 days' notice.
Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law. If you think you were charged in error, email hello@nialusai.com.
You own everything you put into Nialus™. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the Service — including sending it to AI providers for generation. We do not use your content to train AI models, sell it or share it with other users.
You own the outputs Nialus™ generates for you. However, AI models can produce similar outputs for different users — we don't guarantee uniqueness. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you use or publish it.
Nialus™ is a creative production tool. It is not a substitute for legal, medical, psychological, financial or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact a qualified professional.

We can suspend or terminate your account without refund if you violate these rules, and we may report illegal activity to authorities.
The Service relies on third-party AI providers that maintain their own safety filters. While we take reasonable steps to prevent harmful content, no system is perfect. If you encounter something inappropriate, report it to hello@nialusai.com.
The Service — including its design, code, branding, room architecture and editorial methodology — belongs to Nialus and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't give you rights to our trademarks, logos or brand assets.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nialus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You agree to hold Nialus harmless from claims, losses or expenses arising from your content, your use of outputs, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You are responsible for saving any content you want to keep before your account is closed. We are not obligated to export, retrieve or maintain your data after termination.
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
